Overview: Anton, a touring musician, arrives in a foreign country with his tuba. The people there enjoy the music and decide to build their own instruments. Soon there is music everywhere. The king also wants to play a huge instrument, but he has no talent and makes no progress. He gets angry and demands that all instruments be rounded up.
