Overview: Katsura Aya (Shiratori Yasuyo), a young and popular actress, is kidnapped. Totsukawa and Kamei learn that the kidnapper's name is Aoi Hebi (Blue Snake) and that Aoi Hebi is asking for one million yen for ransom.
