Overview: At first glance, Saskia, Barbara, and their parents seem to lead a completely normal life. But the parents' private clinic is used by them as a means for brutal sexual assaults. The Gilde couple not only founded the private clinic, but also an organization called the "League of Rose Cavaliers." The members of this league exploit young female patients, brutally raping them in the operating room in front of a running camera.
