Overview: The beginning of the new millennium finds Lis, an 11-year-old boy whose father is missing from the Kosovo war, expelled from his home and living with his family in a small apartment. Trying to forget a secret only he knows, Lis joins a French clown trio performing in Kosovo for children. Soon, he learns that no one can escape the truth, and that everyone must face their repressed emotions.
