Jungle Jazz: Public Enemy #1
0|2001|0h 6m| EN
Overview: Between the years 1941-47, more than eighteen hundred 'soundies' were made in US. These three-minute films - precursors of pop promos - could be seen and heard in bars and restaurants with the aid ofspecially-constructed automated machines. This film combines several soundies with Jungle Jazz music by the Hidden Faces, in a story that pokes fun at US government anti-marijuana films of the fifties.
