Overview: The special is a comedy of entanglement that happens around a typical neighborhood of the city that was altered by the presence of Nelson, a line, which we vizinhos consider an ungrateful place. Decide to hold a meeting to decide what to do and this is the scene for the first meeting between Mariela and Octavio. The problems of the neighborhood need to be excused by two young people to relate them.
