Overview: It all started in 1999. Two young cultural agitators launched "L'boulevard", a musical scene that was supposed to bring together a few underground groups. Against all odds, this fringe event became a groundswell. Little by little, this musical movement spreads to all artistic expressions. Street-art, comics, cinema, fashion, the "Nayda" wave is breaking all over Morocco.
