Overview: Chick is trying to sell his cheap horse to a lady with a grating and annoying voice...sort of like Betty Boop. Jeanie is married to Tom and apparently she got the money from him. However, the pair accidentally take the wrong horse...instead of a broken down nag, it's a top racehorse. When they find out, they do their best to hide it by painting the horse. Hilarity ensues...or should have ensued.
