Overview: Armando, a former port union leader, lost his left leg after being tortured during General Pinochet's coup d'état. He lives with his niece near the port of Valparaiso. Reclusive and sad, he must face the imposing sailing ship La Esmeralda every day, which served as the base for all the regime's atrocities. But today, Armando is starting a new life.
